Ordering & Shipping

 Many of the items we carry need special shipping arrangements, and we are able to deliver within 60 miles of Iowa City.    If you wish to get a shipping estimate before ordering, email with the items, you are interested in.  Generally, shipping is via UPS Ground, unless you request otherwise.  A commercial shipper may ship larger items.

 

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and checks and money orders. Personal checks may be held until clearing the bank. Checks and money orders should be sent to:

We collect sales tax on orders from Iowa residents.

 

About Quantities

 “Quantity available” means we should have more than one item.  Our online inventory is not 'real time' and we cannot guarantee an item may already be sold when you order. If you want a large quantity of an item, please email us first.

 

Returns

You may return items for refund or exchange within 10 days of your receiving them. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.   Custom orders are not returnable. Please email with your return request. Shipping charges are not refundable. Remember almost everything here at Vintage Renovaters is old and is sold as is.  If an item is damaged in shipping, please let us know.

 

International Orders

Sorry, but we do not ship international.

We will not send you emails (except when you place orders) unless you request to be on our email list. Your personal information will never be given or sold to others.
